是不是早就有了？看这一块现在差不多都拆迁了

At the heart of the site is the historic Jie Fang Bei Road, which will be transformed into the social center of downtown Tianjin. 这个应该是单方面的吧。你们都没发现方案中把劝业场都拆了建高楼么？所以这是不可能的，只是一个大体思路而已。

是啊感觉这块儿肯定还要建一些高层不然太单调了大量破旧楼房可以拆掉的只是成本不小
