江苏省产业技术研究院—牛津大学高等研究院（苏州）项目经理招聘公告

2017年9月，江苏省产业技术研究院与牛津大学理工部建立战略合作，双方将在引进牛津大学原创技术成果来苏转移转化、高层次人才支持与培养等方面开展广泛而深入的合作。牛津大学高等研究院（苏州）作为省产研院与牛津大学理工部合作的执行单位，将设立JITRI-OSCAR Fellow专职岗位，推进后期合作。
In September of 2017, Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute and Mathematical, Physical & Life Sciences Division from University of Oxford signed the strategic cooperation agreement. Both parties will carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation in transferring technology and supporting training of high-level talents. Oxford Suzhou Center for Advanced Research will be the specific execution unit for the cooperation between JITRIand MPLS. And OSCAR will set up a full-time position, which is called JITRI-OSCAR Fellow, to specifically promote thefutureprojectcooperation.
江苏产业技术研究院成立于2013年12月，省产研院以市场导向机制开展产业技术创新，服务公司创新、引领江苏的产业发展。
Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute (JITRI) established in December 2013, focuses on: Complete the market orientation mechanism of industrial technology innovation, Service the company innovation, Guide the industry development in Jiangsu.
截止目前，江苏产业技术研究院由39家专业研究所和7个产业技术创新中心组成，在先进材料、能源与环境、信息与通信技术、生物医药、高端装备制造等领域开展研究。
So far,JITRI is joined by 39 independent research institutes and 7 industrial technology innovation centers, specialized in Advanced Materials, Energy and Environment, Information and Communication Technology, Biotechnology and Medicine, High-End Manufacturing and Equipment.

OSCAR, the first overseas research center of the University of Oxford, is working closely with the Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute and both academic and industrial collaborators in China to progress a range of exciting societal and economic development opportunities.

As a multidisciplinary research, innovation and technology centre, OSCAR focuses on research challenges and technologies that both complement the Centre’s location in Suzhou Industrial Park and capitalizes on current Oxford research strengths. Research will initially be focused around the areas of biomedical engineering, biomedicine, advanced functional materials, electronic / optoelectronic / photonic devices, environmental technology, energy, mathematical and computational applications in finance and in health, and other related science and engineering disciplines.

The Centre is positioned in Suzhou Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation District (SEID), a district in southern SIP with a high concentration of science, education and innovation activity. The Centre, housed in a nine-story building with a gross space of 20,000m2, offers flexible access to facilities for multi-functional activities such as labs, seminars, workshops, training, public events, and administration, etc.

OSCAR JITRI Fellow
1、岗位职责/Job Description
负责牛津大学高等研究院（苏州）和江苏省产业技术研究院的联络和沟通，协调推进牛津大学和江苏省产业技术研究院在苏州和牛津共同开展项目合作。
• Liaison between OSCAR and JITRI and coordinate collaborative activities between Oxford University and JITRI in Suzhou and in Oxford
寻求和促进OSCAR和JITRI之间更多合作。
• Identify and promote collaborative opportunities between OSCAR and JITRI Institutes
向江苏省与江苏工业界推广OSCAR。
• Promote OSCAR to Jiangsu province and Jiangsu Industry
寻求与工业界合作开展的科研项目资金，并协助完成相关资金的申请流程。
• Identify funding opportunities for industrial collaborative research and coordinate such grant funding application processes
组织活动推广OSCAR and JITRI的合作项目，并代表双方或其中一方参与相关的活动与会议。
• Organize events to promote OSCAR and JITRI activities and attend meetings and events to represent OSCAR and/or JITRI
完成项目经费申请翻译和相关政策的解读等工作，以支撑OSCAR运营。
• Undertake project work and activities as directed by the Director to support the operations of the OSCAR, including assistance with translations of funding applications and interpretation of relevant policies
作为联络员，建立和维护与工业界的联系，并建立相关的信息资料库。
• Establish and maintain a database of industrial contacts and act as the liaison officer
2、岗位要求/Selection criteria
硕士学位及以上，工程或应用科学专业背景优先，具有同等的学历水平和技能者亦可。
• At least a Master degree，preferably in engineering or applied science, or equivalent graduate level ability and skills.
良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
具有较强的组织和计划能力，并具有良好的行政工作能力，能够在繁忙的工作环境中区分优先次序，合理安排工作。
• Strong organizational and planning skills combined with excellent administrative abilities and a capacity to prioritize complex and competing demands in a busy working environment.
优秀的演讲技巧，能担当宣传大使角色。
• Excellent presentation skills to act as an ambassador.
对科学研究、学术研究氛围和工业应用等有浓厚兴趣。
• An appreciation of scientific research, the research environment and industrial applications.
有研究、教育或商业环境及合作关系管理等相关从业经验者优先。
• Experience of administration in a research, education or business environment, ideally with experience of relationship management.
较强的人际交往和沟通能力，善于激励他人自信，机智并严谨。
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to inspire confidence, with diplomacy, tact and discretion.
有向**机构和其他资助单位申请项目资金的工作经验。
• Experience in preparing grant or other funding applications to governments, agencies and other funders in China.
愿意并适应出差。
• Willingness to travel.
