深圳地铁1号线深大站综合体上盖物业建筑设计国际竞赛方案评审会公示

　　《深圳地铁1号线深大站综合体上盖物业建筑设计国际竞赛》评审会于2010年7月30日在福田香格里拉酒店举行。由来自英国、香港和内地以及业主代表共7位专家，对提交的6个方案进行了深入的研究和讨论。根据无记名投票的得分情况，最终评审结果为：

　　The jury meeting for the International Design Competition of Building Complex above Shenzhen University Station of Metro Line No.1 is hosted in Shangri-La Hotel in Futian District on July 30, 2010.The jury is made up of 7 jurors from UK, Hong Kong, and China Mainland and client representative. They have had a deep research and discussion on these 6 submissions and voted by secret ballot. The final result of this review is:

　　第一名　1st　Prize：深圳市华森建筑与工程设计顾问有限公司

　　第二名　2nd　Prize：深圳市建筑设计研究总院有限公司+德国奥尔韦伯加合伙人
　　　　　　　　　　　建筑设计有限公司（Auer+Weber+Assoziierte GmbH）  联合体

　　第三名　3rd　Prize：香港 DOFFICE 设计事务所

　　任何单位或个人如有任何意见，请在2010年9月17日15:00前以书面方式向我单位（深圳市地铁集团有限公司，陈先生电话：0755-82528273传真：0755-23992574）反映。公示期内未收到异议的，我公司将按竞赛规定进行下一步的工作。反映情况请提供相应的线索或证据材料，并提供联系人及联系方式，以方便我公司在相关主管部门的指导下对相关情况进行审核。

If we haven’t received any comment during the notice period, we will move to the next step of work according to the competition files. Those who have disagreement shall provide relevant clues or proofs and contacts so that we can review it more easily under the guide of relevant department.

三个方案都普普通通，深圳本土的设计商还是属于保守派，第三个大胆点又不太好看
