红岛路4号闻一多故居，位于中国海洋大学校园内。闻一多（1899--1946年），本名家骅，湖北浠水人，现代学者、诗人，从事诗歌创作，出版有《红烛》、《死水》诗集，在全国有很大影响。1930年9月任国立青岛大学文学院院长时著有《奇迹》等诗。授课之外从事诗经、唐诗研究，有突破性成就。1946年7月15日被特务杀害。著有《闻一多全集》等八卷四册。

福山路1号洪深故居。洪深（1894—1955年），字伯骏，号浅哉，江苏武进人，中国早期电影开拓者、剧作家。1913年考入清华大学后，开始从事戏剧创作活动，历任复旦大学教授、暨南大学教授、上海戏剧社排演主任、中华电影学校校长、明星电影公司编导主任、中国左翼剧团联盟总书记。1934年回到青岛，在青期间创作了著名电影文学剧本《劫后桃花》。

这栋朱德别墅的西班牙风格，我表示怀疑，西班牙并不需要这样的屋顶，我印象中露出原木结构的风格，也没有和西班牙相关。

这种山墙处有暴露木结构的风格，在德国也有很多，但是的确印象中在西班牙的建筑没有见过，而且西班牙是个阳光充足的地方，并非是个雨雪大的地方，所以陡峭的坡屋顶并不需要。
