当前该项目已经开工，由中建八局承建！

Designed as Gateway to the Goldin Tianjin Development, the Twin Towers define the eastern entry to the project. Grade-A office spaces above spacious lobbies is linked by bridges that are formed throughout the development.

The essentially oval shaped towers provide grade-A office spaces on 43 levels above a spacious main lobby and rise to a height of 223m. Carparking and retail links to the adjoining site is formed in the basements which extend over the whole site.

这个项目的建设地点并不偏远紧邻中心城区，而且更重要的是这个项目集群将会开拓出新的区域核心，起到引领作用！

因为地便宜、它的开发量很大、这么一大片地在市区拆迁可拆不起。
