Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for establishing and updating the DPS based on common objectives within the project. 2. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on schedule progress and deviations within all parties involved in the project. 3. Responsible for communicating the DPS to all parties involved in the project, including any changes to the DPS. 4. Responsible for regularly monitoring critical path(s) of the schedule to identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation or recovery plans. 5. Responsible for guiding the Project Core Team in the planning of activities to deliver the project using standard tools (e.g. generic Product Breakdown Structure and Work Breakdown Structure). Qualifications: 1. A university degree, preferably in Engineering or Business. 2. A tertiary qualification and planning & scheduling experience, additional qualification in planning & scheduling is an advantage. 3. Typically 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role, entry level with some but limited experience in projects, ideally in similar business areas (e.g. railways, oil & gas, technology, energy). 4. Knowledge of relevant software is an advantage (Primavera). 5. Fluent in Chinese; Can read and write English very well, with good verbal English skills. Work Location: Nanjing/Wuhu
