The design inspiration of Tianjin Eco-Tower comes from the fish bone structure. Total height of this building is more than 380 meters and total office area is 167,200 square meters. Also,total GFA of the office tower and retail building is 200,000 square meters.

天津生态大楼的设计灵感来源于鱼骨的结构，建筑总高度超高了380米并且总的办公区域是167,200平方米。另外，办公大楼和商场建筑的楼面总面积是200,000平方米。

It resembles a midair garden. The core section of this skyscraper is hollowed out which enhances air circulation of the building. This is an organic building. This type of design lessens the wind impact on the building. The office building is linked with the hotel. There is an open podium outside the super-high office building. There is ample amount of greenery surrounding the two buildings.
它如同一个空中花园，摩天大楼的核心中空部分加强了建筑的气流。这是一栋有机建筑，这种类型的设计减少了风力对建筑物的冲击，办公大楼与酒店相连，超高办公大楼外部有一个开放式的基座层。这两栋建筑周围有大量的绿化。

看地点应该是小白楼联合广场的地块，矮点的坐落在金皇大厦旁边

不如原来的白楼钻石楼好看，不过这高度倒是和小白楼CBD很和谐
但是：（我在渤海也说过）
设计很阴险的！（个人见解）
外形是鱼，但是幕墙却是网！鱼都进网子里了，还能活么？！
感觉和上海环球异曲同工~

个人还是非常希望能采用这个方案的好看不好看的放一边
至少算是天津建筑史上的一个里程碑
能给天津注入新的活力
高度对于天津已经不那么重要了我们有四个500+了都已经开建
