The winning proposal for the ‘Changzhou Culture Center’ in the newly developed center of Changzhou in China, by Hamburg-based GMP Architekten.（中标方案）

The complex in a gross floor area of 365,000 square meters, will host an art, science and technology museum and a library.
Skylights, transparent facades and white surfaces will encourage light to reach the inner parts of the new cultural center.
