I saw in the news this was called the Cixi Shangri-La. Can someone tell me if the English name for this is the Crowne Plaza or the Shangri-La?

Crowne Plaza Hotel was gone 。Marriott will be settle in this building， English name maybe called Cixi xiangge International Plaza。The hotel is just one of the important partner of the building。my english is poor，sorry。
