一、Project overview
Project Industry: Infrastructure construction and investment invitation
Project Contents :It is integrated with design, trade, exhibition, information, E-commerce, warehouse, manufacturing, testing, financial, commercial, after sale service, brand promotion, etc. as a whole. After completion, the perfect pattern will be formed with “one platform”, “two specialized streets”, “three themes”, and “four centers”. The total investment is about 7 billion. It covers an area of 900 Mu (60 km2). The total building area is about 1400000 m2. The feasibility analysis, project establishment and recording, concept planning, initial design, adjustment of urban master planning and adjustment of planning of land utilization are finished. The land expropriation compensation plan has been approved by the municipal government. The land expropriation, formulation of land supply plan and the land remising according to legal procedure are in progress.

Project District/Address:It is located in Dingcun Village, Haikou city, on the south of Yehai Avenue, west of Longkun South Road and close to the East Station of East Ring Railway.

二、Planned Cooperation Mode
Mode 1: BT mode is applied for the infrastructure construction. The government repays with land income and other financial revenue. Investor obtains the land-use right through public land remising and carries out the construction, management and operation.
Mode 2: the strategic investor or leading enterprise of the industry is introduced to invest for the first stage development of land in the zone (including capital investment for the land acquisition and relocation) and to invite investment, and to attract upstream and downstream enterprises and supporting enterprises. The land income and other operating revenue will be shared as per agreed ratio.
