1. Project name: Industrial Planning and Operation Mechanism Research Programs of Hankou Conservation Area Old Neighborhoods Renovation and Tourism Promotion Project
2、咨询任务:明确城市资产运营的主要方向和发展重点,根据地方债发行目标确定的产业提升、文化体验、民生保障等投资方向,结合资产运营模式和时序,开展各片区的详细业态策划、规模配比,系统谋划建设项目类型和主要构成。
2. Consulting assignment: Define the main direction and development priority of urban asset operation, determine investment orientations such as industry promotion, cultural experience and improvement of people’s livelihood according to the goals of local government bond issuance, carry out the detailed business planning and scale arrangement of each area in combination of the mode and timing of asset operation, and plan the type and composition of the construction project in each district systematically.
3、咨询研究范围:北达京汉大道,南抵沿江大道、西起友谊南路、东至黄浦大街,总面积约为5.81平方公里。其中江岸片区(由沿江大道—江汉路—京汉大道—黄浦大街围合的区域),面积约为3.35平方公里;江汉片区规划范围(由沿江大道—友谊南路—京汉大道—江汉路围合的区域),面积约为2.46平方公里。

Scope of consulting study: It adjoins Jinghan Avenue in the north, Yanjiang Avenue in the south, South Youyi Road in the west and Huangpu Street in the east, with a total area of about 5.81 square kilometers. To be specific, Jiang’an District, which is surrounded by Yanjiang Avenue, Jianghan Road, Jinghan Avenue and Huangpu Street, covers an area of about 3.35 square kilometers. Jianghan District, which is surrounded by Yanjiang Avenue, South Youyi Road, Jinghan Avenue and Jianghan Road, covers an area of about 2.46 square kilometers.

① 研究确定高标准的产业功能定位,按照打造为世界一流的历史人文功能区的要求,明确该区域的产业发展阶段、类型、重点和方向。
① Study and determine high-standard industry functional orientation, and define the industrial development stage, type, priority and direction of the area in accordance with the requirement of building the area into a world-class historical and cultural area.
② 精准提出区域整体产业策划方案,系统谋划项目整体以及分片的建设项目业态类型和主要构成,为项目空间布局提供科学支撑。
② Precisely put forward the overall industrial planning program, plan the type and composition of the whole project and the construction project in each district systematically, and provide scientific support for the spatial layout of the project.
③ 落实完成产业空间布局,实现产业策划与空间的精准匹配。

本次汉口历史风貌区老旧小区改造及旅游提升项目产业策划和运营机制研究方案国际征集旨在面向全球公开征集具有前瞻性、创新性与可操作性的策划方案,通过对汉口历史风貌区进行产业策划和运营机制研究,力图将汉口历史风貌区打造为世界级滨水历史人文风貌片区。此次方案国际征集将作为下阶段城市空间规划设计的指导依据。
The international solicitation for industrial planning and operation mechanism research programs of Hankou Conservation Area Old Neighborhoods Renovation and Tourism Promotion Project aims to solicit prospective, innovative and operable planning programs around the world. By studying the industrial planning and operation mechanism of Hankou Conservation Area, it tries to build Hankou Conservation Area into a world-renowned waterfront cultural feature. The international solicitation for programs will guide the urban spatial planning and design in the next stage. |
