Yongjia World Trade Center will become one part of the most important high-end and modern urban city complex in the area.
The B-10 and B-16 blocks that the project lies in are the core blocks of Sanjiang peninsula. The urban complex named after the Yongjia World Trade Center will be the first-class member
of World Trade Center Association (WTCA) whose head office is in New York.. Its overall construction area is 650,000 square meters, which exceeds the basic scale of general urban complex.
In terms of development concept, the project upgrades general business complex concept into Customize City Complex; that is, through creative high-quality design and complex urban lifestyle set,
break homogenous city image and build a unique landmark.
Yongjia World Trade Center is the fourth urban complex of world trade center that is invested by Shanghai World Trade Holding Group after Wuxi, Yongkang and Beijing.
As the first-class member of WTCA, Shanghai World Trade Holding Group engages in investing urban complexes named after World Trade Center in various big cities in China and building
China’s own business flagship platform. The Group tries to embody modern advanced urban design concepts and architectural philosophy in development design, create symbolic visual impact
and elegant design sense in image, and blend cultural and artistic elements in business constructions, thus building an “international name card” for urban development.
In addition, Shanghai World Trade Holding Group insists in supporting Chinese cultural art development in various ways, including sponsoring modern China’s art schools,
collecting historical masterpieces, supporting art center construction, holding various World Trade Center art exhibitions and etc, as well as recent 2012 Spanish art master Miro’s art exhibition
in Shanghai Art Gallery. Its Jinguxuan, Beijing Songzhuang Cultural Creative Industry Cluster District and other projects have mixed and formed a newly emerging force to promote China’s cultural boom. |
