K11 二期 進一步的信息

我在建築師網站上找到了官方信息。
仔細看效果圖和模型圖，和以前有稍微的變化，本來凸出來的那部分完全Cover第四排的里弄，現在只Cover了一半。。
然後這個建築也不會有地下車庫，而是在地上建築裡的。請大家自己看圖。不會貼圖。。

Located in Shanghai’s most prominent CBD, Shangxian Square is a typical residential “shikumen” neighborhood. As part of Shanghai’s cultural heritage, the architectural style of this high-density development combines Western and Chinese elements. But today, the existing dwellings are not longer compatible with modern living standards and the degradation of the urban environment is a crucial problem for the city. Shang Xian Fan Redevelopment will greatly contribute to the revitalization of the district.

With a total site area of 8,800 m2, the masterplan is divided in two parts. To the south of the plot, the development preserves four rows of residential buildings built in 1924 in the former French Concession, which is currently listed as part of the City Government “Old Town Reconstruction Project”.  These houses, which play an important role in the city’s collective memory, will be carefully restored and re-positioned to house retail space. The program called for a mixed-use landmark to be built on the north. Within a GFA of 70,000 m2 above ground, the 47-storey building combines a six-star hotel (tentatively a Four Seasons hotel), serviced apartments and retail area.

The tower’s nine-storey high solid base includes the retail space and the hotel amenities. The basement provides two additional floors of retail space and three floors of parking facilities. At floor 34, the building is split into two slender volumes that become slimmer as they rise, offering panoramic views of the city.
As a dynamic addition to Shanghai’s skyline, the visually striking presence of the building is emphasized by its iconic tops, designed in a distinctive “modern-classical” style with elements of art déco reminiscence.  RBTA’s design for Shang Xian Fang building resonates with Shanghai’s rich architectural heritage while incorporating a subtle sense of modernity.

我記得是改了，但官網上又出了這個。。應該以官網為準吧。。

拆一块超级大地块出来 造一个王者塔 类似迪拜塔这种风格 压倒一切的

我不覺得樓越高越好。你說的王者氣息我也不是很get得到。。。

这徐家汇中心造在 白玉兰广场 旁边到蛮好的 正好配成连锁景观

上海没王者气质的楼 根本镇不住场 其他城市随便叫嚣 你觉得有意思吗？
你玩网络游戏知道什么叫 王城 什么叫大城 中城 小城 吗？
一个大联盟里实力最强的血盟或者说公会才能封印王城 懂吗？ 像北京 上海是应该考虑下造一个镇得住的楼了。

如果淮海路全是K11二期这个级别的很洋气的楼也可以，搞点优雅情调风，但是淮海路有几个好的路口楼都造好了 而且样子也一般 你觉得没一个镇得住的行吗？
苏州苏南729米 天津117大楼597米 深圳平安+天线 660米 还有其他几个大城市还没开始造
你觉得以后的日子上海凭什么吸引全世界的目光？就凭陆家嘴那温柔的3强和一堆乱七八糟的超高？

苏州先一个东方之门 这楼有点霸气的 第一眼就觉得 再搭配个729米的 又都是新造的 而且都像广州 香港一样 规划好的 超高作为景观造第一排 这架势有明显和上海干上了 而且都是新造的 你不考虑下这些？
你看看现在楼虽然多 但是真正好看的没几个 这楼一造最起码100年以上 你觉得这样发展对上海有利吗？

你的审美真是清奇，要不要在每个帖子里都灌输同样的论调？

在淮海路建国王塔？只能说你完全没有理解上海这座城市的内涵。
