I am a little bit sad because, Shanghai the complexes are so big. There is less urbanization space. To much monofunctionalism and to less low rise mixed-use projects like the old neighborhoods. Lujiazui would be cooler then now, if they would build a wall with little retail stores along the streets. Why do not they build it ? This is not a criticism to Shanghai Tower. This is an amazing project but the urban space by many projects in Shanghai looks not good...Why is it so ?
