深圳大运南区龙岗红荷项目规划(组图)
【导读】受金海港集团委托，AECOM领衔规划、建筑、经济、景观等多专业团队和专家为龙岗大运南区红荷项目做总体规划设计，以协助龙岗作为深圳发展新兴区域，实现城市更新与升级的积极作用。
阿普拉（upla.cn）5月22日消息：受金海港集团委托，AECOM领衔规划、建筑、经济、景观等多专业团队和专家为龙岗大运南区红荷项目做总体规划设计，以协助龙岗作为深圳发展新兴区域，实现城市更新与升级的积极作用。新区在发挥对深圳东部区域综合服务功能的同时，承担着体育、会展等新产业发展的引擎作用，并作为深圳辐射粤东地区发展的重要节点。
随着大运的召开，龙岗片区快速成长的同时，面临未来产业发展向价值链的高端延伸，面向高新技术产业和先进制造业的科技研发、企业孵化等自主创新型产业，以及信息交流、商业贸易、咨询服务、技术交易、职业培训等现代服务业将成为未来片区的核心产业。
AECOM利用全球化，多专业的技术知识资源，旨在将该区域打造成生态、环保、节能的绿色产业聚集区，规划有高星级酒店、办公、大型商业、会展及会展服务、高端居住区等业态，使之成为新的魅力中心，面向国际化的城市科技金融名片。

The Masterplan for Honghe Project in Longguang District, Shenzhen
Commissioned by the Golden Harbor Group, AECOM’s professional teams and experts of plan, architecture, economic and landscape design will provide the masterplanning service for the Honghe project which covers the south area of the main venue for last year’s University Games. It is aimed to help Longgang, an emerging area of Shenzhen, to function positively on the city’s renovation and upgrading. The new rising area, will not only become the complex of services in east Shenzhen, but will lead the development of sports and mice industries, which will also be important for Shenzhen to become the base radiation to the development of east Guangdong Province.
Since the University Games were held in Longgang last year, the area, when experiencing quick development, faces the challenges of guiding its development towards high-end value chain, high-tech industry, and indigenous innovation industries, including the scientific and technological research of advanced manufacture and enterprise incubating. And the modern service industry, including the information exchange, businesses and trade, consulting and services, technology trade and career training, will become the core industry in the future.
Introducing its global resources and multi-disciplinary expertise and knowledge, AECOM will turn the area into a green industry cluster of ecology, environmental protection and energy saving, with high-end hotels, office buildings, grand commercial center, convention and related services and luxury residential blocks planned.
