当初定位是就有电影院的，该商业以餐饮，精品超市加商务办公，电影院可以填补联洋地区空白

哥们，我说的是表参道之丘，是位于表参道上的一处商业设施。新天地更多的是一片休闲区域。

And shopping malls demolished the urban feeling of the city. if all people at least go shopping in malls, only cars drive at the streets. not an imagine of an worth living city. to much commerce demolished the culture or in other words. if no one build the culture and all projects are commerce, so the culture will be in defense and at any time demolished.

My feeling is, in shanghai is no freedom for projects. no individual freedom, no free market to build a city. it looks to much planning.

我说的也是新天地的购物广场呀，不是新天地的餐馆酒吧呀。另外新天地还有两个高端的超市。
