钻石星座城市综合体项目位于安徽省淮南市山南新区，紧邻市政中心，是未来城市的CBD核心区。项目包括超高层五星级酒店/办公综合楼、超高层商务公寓、综合商业娱乐楼、以及高层住宅组团。总用地面积5.8万平方米，总建筑面积约40万平方米。
项目以“钻石”为概念，不借喻了钻石的兴旺、财富对于商业综合体的美好寓意。我们的目标是探索新一代的摩天大厦如何并非只创造独特的视觉地标，而同时也成为拓展城市生活新的可能性和创造性的舞台。因此设计中“钻石”的概念并没有仅仅流于形式上的展示，而是始终贯穿于本设计的全部，由内及外、从景观到空间、从形式到精神，都处可以感受到钻石 “一切皆有可能的”的氛围。超高层五星级酒店的含蓄高雅的表皮背后，顶层还设置了独具特色浪漫的空中会所。在夜晚，将如同空中的钻石般闪耀在200米以上的城市上空，成为区域的新地标。
HOPSCA of Diamond Constellation， a close neighbor of civic center located at Shannan New District， Huainan， Anhui Province， is the CBD core area of the city in the future. This project comprises a super-high five-star hotel， an office building， a business apartment， a building for both business and recreation and a resident building. The total site area is 58， 000 m2 and total building area 400，000 m2.
“Diamond” is used in the project title because of its embodiments of prosperity and fortune， implying a bright hope for the HOPSCA. Our goal is to make skyscrapers not only unique visual landmarks， but also mediums to show the new possibilities and creativities in enriching urban life. As a result， the concept of “diamond” is not a mere formality， but the soul of the design. From inside to outside， landscape to space and formality to spirit， “Diamond” runs through the design and one will get a deeper understanding of “all is possible” by looking into the design. On top floor of the super-high five-star hotel， a romantic club of features is set， which， at night， will shine like a star at 200m above the city and thus become the new landmark of the area.
