双塔奇缘—国银-民生金融大厦建筑设计方案国际竞赛评审会于2011年11月7日规划大厦举行。评委主席为普利策奖得主——世界著名建筑大师汤姆？梅恩先生、国内和香港的著名建筑师、教授共4位担任评审专家、以及两家业主代表组成的评审委员会，对提交的14个方案进行了深入的讨论和投票。深圳市规划和国土资源委员会主管部门全程监督了评审过程。根据记名投票的得分情况，最终评审结果为：
The jury meeting for the International Schematic Design Competition of the Two Towers—CDB Tower and Minsheng Financial Tower is hosted in Shenzhen Municipal Planning Building on November 7, 2011. The Chairman of the jury is the famous architect and the Pritzker Prize winner Thom Mayne, while the jury members are 4 well-known architects and professors from Mainland China & Hong Kong and 2 client representatives. They have had a deep discussion on these 14 submissions and voted by open ballot. The whole jury meeting is under the supervision of representative from Urban Planning, Land and Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality. The final result of this jury is:
1st Prize: 深圳市都市实践设计有限公司(Urbanus)
+丹麦ADEPT公司
+北京中外建建筑设计有限公司
2nd Prize：深圳市筑博工程设计有限公司(Zhu Bo)
3rd Prize： Rocco Design Architects Limited
+广州容柏生建筑结构设计事务所
+中铁工程设计院有限公司
优胜方案的第一名将优先获得本项目两栋大厦的全程设计委托(包括方案设计、扩初设计、施工图设计)合同的谈判权利。
The 1st prize winner will have the priority to negotiate with the clients on the contract of entire design process (includes schematic design, preliminary plan, and construction detail design).
